 General provisions
Travel time
- The time actually utilized by a customer, including waiting time, is considered travel time. Vehicle arrival in Prague is free of charge. Outside of the Prague city limits, the vehicle arrival is charged with a minimum fee, depending on the place of the pick-up.
Domestic and international fees
- In case of domestic and international transportation, prices differ.
Tips
- The final bill does not contain a tip for the driver and, therefore, it is fully up to the customer's discretion.
Wasted trips/late cancellation
- The minimum costs of a car are billed for all wasted trips and late cancellations. It is up to the client to request written confirmation of the order cancellation. If the client is unable to submit this confirmation, the minimum costs of a car are billed to him. To cancel your order without cancellation fees, the process has to conform to the following scheme:
Prague
- At least 5 hours before the client's pick-up time.
In the Czech Republic
- At least 10 hours before the client's pick-up time.
Abroad
- At least 24 hours before the client's pick-up time.
Rates and minimums
- All rates, minimum fees, and order cancellation processes may be changed upon mutual agreement.

- These services are provided by Mercedes S class and E class vehicles. They are intended for more exacting clients. The above-standard services that we provide consist of transportation with protection, transportation of valuable shipments, Internet in a car, planning your route, planning your trips, hotel or restaurant reservations, a personal assistant in a car, light refreshment in a car, etc. - all based on the client's wishes and needs.
- The prices are contractual, and they are derived from the client's requests. We offer comfort and flexibility, making sure that you are fully satisfied.
